Blessings from above

Doesn't that picture of Rykon depict the serenity and calm we all desire? There is nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby! He is so precious and I am soooo blessed. Aside from the post delivery rollercoaster of emotions, I found myself in a state of emotion this morning as I laid him next to me in my bed and just took in the surreal moment. I'm sure they will not last forever. I also started thinking of all God's blessings in my life and I wanted to share because I need a reminder, maybe you do, that God is faithful and he deserves all the glory for all that we do and have. SO here's my blessings list. First, there has yet been one single month that we have not had every dime we needed to meet our financial needs since we were married. And even now, w/two house payments, a new baby and numerous other pressing needs, he's provided and we are sooooo excited to see how he'll provide for December and months to come. (Rich and I are Realtors, so income is not guaranteed. I think it's the closest occupation to being a missionary!) I will share when and how he provides as the months comes closer. He provided ALL of what we needed through other individuals for our nursery which I posted pictures of above. Out of nowhere, we recieved a total of 750.00 last month in tax and home insurance refunds that we'd over paid. Then through my sister in law and my's design business, "Smith and Hines Design, LLC" he provided exactly what we needed for our Christmas trip to Austin, Tx. Plus he provided a plane ticket through the generosity of a wondeful person w/a heart as big as Texas. Our baby boy was healthy and as my Dad prayed for us...he IS a wondeful expression of God's grace to us. Every day we realize this. We really understand, more than ever, how much He loves us.
I could go on forever about so much more he has provided, like money to buy a car last year, & to pay off some major bills, a trip to Italy....well, let's say we have blessed.
Please share your blessings. I'd love to celebrate w/you. Happy Holidays! Truely Jesus is the reason for this wondeful season!!!!!
