DO NOT FEAR! This is not my home. BUT... it would be if I let my husband take a week off work to get it done. He's obsessed w/Ntl. Lampoons Christmas Vacation where Grizwald covers his home in lights. He's determined to do it some day. I don't mind. I am just as fanatical about Christmas as he is. As long as he takes the lights down by the end of January :o] This year he had our lights up by October 29th!!! What a stud huh? We've loved it and I think our neighbors were inspired cause they got theirs up this last week! I had my interior decor done by Nov. 6th, but mostly because I knew a new baby would not allow me the time to get it done as quickly. But we have decided our new tradition will be to have all decor in and out up by Nov. 1st. December is just not enough time to enjoy it. Besides, we start listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies by the middle of October. Just a little fanatical :o) So those of you who dare to not care what the neighbors will think...we employ you to join us in spreading this new tradition. After all, it is "the most wondeful time of the year!" Right? Besides, then you really have something to look forward to after Thanksgiving... the most exciting part... decorating the Christmas tree.Go ahead, give it a try! I think you may be surprised just how accomplished and satisfied you feel. Nothing raises my spirits more than a home filled w/the scents and sights of Christmas!

Hey, it's your bro. Kit-kat and i just decorated our little "gingerbread house" and it's ready to rock and roll. I love this time of year and i can't wait to see you guys in Austin. I can't wait to see my Nephew! Tell rich it's good, it's good. (he'll know). See you both in two weeks!
