SNOW!

These are some of my most favorite times of the year. I love snow. I'm one of the few who loves the snow down here in the valley on the ground. I love to play in it and see it. Now, typically these grey clouds give me a reason to be lazy and stay in & watch a movie, but since I've been in so much more (due to new baby :o) I find myself a little depressed by them :o( I've never felt that way! Not at least until I got pregnant and had a baby. Now it seems my hormones are much more affected by the enviroment I find myself in. I almost packed the boy up and went to Old Navy, just to get out of the house, but it started to rain. Then I figured it wasn't worth getting him out in it. Of course, if only it was a few degrees lower, we'd have snow, which I think would raise my spirits.
Maybe I need a dose of Christmas spirit. I was planning to go to church, but had a long night w/baby, so I stayed home. I don't know if that was the best thing, but my sweet hubby stayed home too and let me sleep for 2 hours this morning. So needed!!!
Well, I hope that it snows tonight. What a wonderful surprise to awaken to!! Never the less of my not so contagious solemn spirit, God is good and all in all, I can't really complain. Just one of those days I guess :o)
