need to freshen up your insinkerator? i recommend taking the peel from your orange and grinding it up. it will eliminate any nasty odors (most of the time) and will do a little cleaning too.
and who doesn't like the smell of fresh citrus!

I have actually done that before (on accident) and then I realized that it smelled much better! :)

Great idea! Last time Phil ate an orange, he was peeling it in another room and it permeated the whole kitchen. It was awesome!
done that and lemons! but i also buy this little product called "plink". they are little lemon balls that you put down you garbage disposal to sanitize. very cool. you can get them at specialty cooking stores or at bed, bath, and beyond.
very cool hot potatoe. i'll have to try to find them. that'd be a nice gift idea :O)
