you take forever to say nothing
i heard this quote on....don't laugh...the simpsons. it just stood out to me. i started giggling cause i've certainly known and still know my share of people that this quote describes perfectly! actually i have to admit i may have been this person a time or two in my life. just ask my husband :O)
