what is it with this stuff?
i admitedly love a good bowl of ramen soup. preferably pork flavor. i know it's the poor man's meal....yep, that's me, so i'm diggin in. you know, even if i hit the lottery, i'd still want this stuff at times. i look in my pantry, see some gourmet canned soups, fridge is full of fresh greens and sandwich items, but no, i go back and grab a bag of ramen. they must fill it with additives that makes you crave it. if it's at all cloudy outside, that's when i really want it. it's not exactly the healthiest things so i rarely keep it in the house, but because i use it as part of a topping for a chinese chicken salad, it finds it's way onto our shelves. oh well. a little white flour never hurt anyone eh?

Ramen is one of our favorites in our house. And pork is the flavor of choice as well. I buy pork ramen by the case. I love it! My kids actually like to eat it raw, crushed up, with some of the seasoning sprinkled on top. Could we get anymore pathetic? ;O)

We always have it in the pantry - chicken flavor though. It used to be a constant staple for Garrett, and now Kamica makes it on the weekends.

Once in awhile on a busy night, I will make bagel sandwiches, a side of ramen soup and fruit for dinner. Hits the spot for all of us! :)

That's so funny. I think you either love the stuff...or hate it. I'm one of those hatters. It reminds me of when my parents had to paint all the awana circle lines on our new gym floor. We were there for days and days and I swear all they fed us was Ramen. Just the smell of it brings me back to that horrible memory.
