boots! boots! boots! I love boots!

Boots shout "colder weather is on it's way" and I love fall and winter clothing. Turtle necks, sweaters, wool pants, tweed, leather, but mostly ... BOOTS! When I saw these boots particularly, I just had to have them. They shouted "Anthropology" to me (my favorite store). The reason being the whimsical, vintage look w/the kitten heel and the strap and button. But I quickly realized that I, along w/the rest of the world, will never really get to enjoy the button. That IS the main reason I wanted them. If you notice, the boots are not knee high or ankle. They are just the exact height to not be worn w/anything but pants. Therefore, no one ever sees the button. What a waste. I realize there are some things you buy that only you know are pretty... like undies...and that is ok, but not these. So I figured by writing about them, they will finally get some attention that is much deserved. The icing on the cake is that they are by far the most comfortable boot I own.
