HEY YOU GUYS!!!
this is chathame towne. it's a townhome subdivision my husband and two other agents have listed. it's built by ted mason homes. i must say, it's got to be THE best home for the price in boise! they have tons of woodwork, built in flat screens, incredible kitchens with built in dining table! 1/2 bath on the main levels. balcony from the master suite. pottery barn lights and awesome painted cabinets. they actually look like something straight out of pottery barn magazine and they are all under 200k!!! pottery barn completely furnished two of them for staging and they are available to buy with all the furnishings also! still, under 200k!
so, i'm posting about this because this weekend is their grand opening and they had the brilliant idea of bringing in vendors to sell stuff, like a bazaar. so two of the houses are filled with beautiful crafts, kitchen stuff, candles, and jewelry all made by people locally. i'm talking very talented, "etsy" kind of quality & great prices (i made a few purchases...personally and for christmas gifts.) they have lots of wonderful goodies for sale AND the house on the end has free pie and cider. so i encourage you to stop by. it's today from 9am to 6pm. they are located on five mile, east side, between ustick and mcmillan. you can't miss them. look for fall colored baloons!
it will be a great chance to do some shopping and support our local economy! AND most of all to check out these beautiful homes. that way if you or someone you know is looking to buy in this price range, you can pass the word along!
they are open each weekend so if you can't make it to see them today, they'll be open fri - sun till they're sold. if you need specific hours let me know!
thanks for checking them out and please tell us what you think if you get the chance to go by!!!! although i already know what you'll say! :O)

Steph,
I drove past these houses a couple of weeks ago and about wrecked my car. They are so cute! We will have to go check them out if they don't sell right away.
