i am an avid supporter of trying new recipes. i'm always searching for the perfect one. you know...the ones that are easy, yummy, and nutritious! well, i came across this at kraftfoods.com thanks to my mother-in-law. you can go online and sign up to recieve it. they put out a new magazine with recipe ideas every season plus one special holiday edition (5 total) and the best part is it's free. if you don't like to get stuff in the mail then you can view the entire thing online if you choose. just go to their website, create an account, and you'll be set up. then you can go to "food and family archives" if you want to view any past editions.
here's an example of a recipe i found. it's great for kids on these super hot summer days:
cookies 'n creme pudding pops
2 cups milk
1 pkg (4oz) jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1/2 cup thawed cool whip
6 oreos
9 - 6oz small plastic cups
9 - wooden pop sticks
pour milk into med bowl, add pudding mix. beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
crush oreos (put in ziplock bag and crush with rolling pin).
gently stir cool whip and crushed cookies into pudding mixture.
scoop pudding mixture into cups using a 1/3 cup dry measuring cup.
place cups in a 13x9 inch pan.
insert pop stick into each for handle.
freeze 5 hours or until firm.
unmold when ready to eat. place bottom of each cup in medium bowl with warm water for 15 sec. press bottom of cup firmly to release pop (do not twist or pull pop stick).

I've been getting this magazine for a couple years now and always find at least one recipe per issue to try. I love the ease of their ideas! :)
