this is my beautiful best friend skye!!! she informed us last night, through a clever surprise by her husband...that she is 7 weeks pregnant! (the picture is with my son when he was born) i could not be happier. they said they were planning to start their little family later on, imagine their surprise to find out that day was here already. they are very excited and so are we! she's absolutely beaming. i cannot wait for that moment when she sees his/her little face. what a glorious gift!
she will be such a great mommy. she's an amazing, good, rock-solid, brutally honest, loyal, strong woman of God and she will have so much to give to her child. she's given me a true, cherished friendship and i'm excited to be on this journey with her. she was by my side every moment i needed her, bathing me in compliments, foot rubs, meals, and any kind of little thing i might need. she was so supportive during my whole pregnancy and delivery & i hope i can give back to her what she gave me.
