ok, so i think it would be fun to post each week as the contest progresses so we can all share our thought. i know i have some opinions and what would reality tv be if not for us viewers!
so i thought america did a good job last night of voting off alaina, but i was dissappointed that leslie had to go. she's not my favorite but she's more talented than antonella. once again, the beauty queen squeeks through. i think her "you can take your criticism and shove it" attitude towards simon weds night may have helped her out. anyway. she needs to go. (please do not mistake my cut & dry comments to mean i don't feel for the girls. i can only imagine how difficult it is.)
as far as the guys go...i think that nicholos and aj, although they both have great voices (especially aj) they just don't have the same appeal as the other guys. there's nothing really that stands out about them. their stage presence doesn't make me want to stand up and dance. you know what i mean? although paula is right...this IS a singing competition, you can not just have a good voice. you gotta "bring it" on stage. in this competition...you SHOULD have the whole package. i've yet to be wowed by sanjaya...but i understand his appeal. he's like a new michael jackson. if he would just put himself out there and really give it his all, i think he could have something. if not, i think he should go too.

I was ticked that Antonella is still in the game. I liked her in tryouts but she has done horribly in the finals and is sadly lacking compared to the others. It's so obvious - and of course she lost my favoritism once those pics came out.
I missed the guys on Tues so didn't know who did well or not. But Sinjaya, I think - needs to go. He's a cutie - but his performances have been a bit dull for me.
